Title: I Need Motivation I use to be a running junky in highschool. But now that ive moved on I just cant seem to get the motivation I once had. Not only have I stoped running but also quit working out entirely. The reason I ask is because im in the airforce and just took a fitness test and only scored a 36 which is still passing but compaired to my 58 last year (which is a very high score) its not good enough for me. So please if you have any tips on how I can get off my butt and back on the weights I truly would appreciate it..... If you need variations in your course, add hills, or only run hills once per week. Once you get back on track with your running, then add the weightlifting.
