Title: Strick Diet I NEED HELP ON TRYING TO PUT TOGETHER A STRICK DIET TO HELP MY BODY LOSE THE FAT. MY % IS 20 BUT I WANT TO GET DOWN TO 15% OR 10%. I WORK OUT 6 DAYS A WEEK ONE DAY DOING CARDIO THAT CAN LAST FOR 45MIN TO 1HR OR 1 1/2, THE NEXT DAY I WEIGHT TRAIN HARD. I HAVE DEFINITION IN MY PHYSIQUE AND IM A SIZE 5 SO IM NOT OVER WEIGHT BUT MY WEIGHT IS 132 AND MY HEIGHT IS 5'3 AND IM 28. MY EATING HABBITS ARE NOT BAD AND I DO NOT EAT JUNK FOOD (I THINK) NO CANDY, SODA, CHIPS, SNAKS LIKE THESE. BUT THE FOOD THAT I AM EATING PROBLY DOES NOT GO TOGETHER TO WORK IT OFF IN MY BODY I GUESS THE FOOD IS CLASHING. I HAVE NO CLUE..... I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF SOMEONE COULD GIVE ME A FEW EXAMPLES OF WHAT A FULL DAYS MEAL WOULD BE LIKE FOR MY SITUATION. I KNOW WHAT IS GOOD AND BAD FOODS BUT I THINK I MAY JUST BE COMBINING THEM WRONG.
