Eliminating Fat LayerI am a fit person who competes in triathlon. I work out about 7 sessions per week, over 5 days: swimming, cycling and running. I know that the reason that I still have a layer of fat on my body is because of my diet, but I'm not sure how to modify my diet to create change. Any suggestions?

Hi! I am a 14 year old girl and I don't know much but I do know how to elimainate that ugly fat layer on your stomach and thighs. You have to drink TONS of water and eat healthy foods. You might think that It is the hardest thing in the world to alter a diet that you have a had probably your entire life, but since I have started to eat healthier my fat layer is slowly but surely dissapearing. Thanks

only train every other day and try dieting better. Since I do not know your diet I cannot prescribe.
