Title: Meal Schedule I've read a lot about what types of foods to eat to stay healthy. But I have a problem cooking for myself. I find myself eating fast food all the time. Can you put together or point me in the direction of an easy to prepare sample meal plan with specific meals and times of day to eat them. Try cooking your food for the day in the morning, so you only have to warm it up when you get hungry, or if that doesn't work, cook it the night before, and throw it in the fridge, and have it already packed for the next day at work. That way, when you eat, your pre-made healthy food is already available to you. If you have to eat fast food, try to visit some common fast food websites (ex. www.mcdonalds.com), they'll have the nutritional stats for their foods, so if you HAVE to eat fast food, you can at least pick the healthiest one they have. General rule of thumb is, stick with broiled or baked chicken, and go easy on the sauce.
