Title: Post Pregnancy

I recently had a baby and find myself constantly snacking whenever I have a spare moment. What are the best foods to eat for breakfast and lunch that will fill me up and help me shed some pounds?

    Dear Traci,
I also just had a baby two months ago. Nursing helped me shed my extra weight. If you are also nursing, keep in mind that it takes your body an extra 500 calories a day to produce milk. I have just been counting calories and that really seems to help me. Set a calorie intake goal that you would like to meet, and make those calories healthy foods. I have also been exercising about four times per week which also helps!
