Title: Those Last 5lbs. I have a baby and a toddler. I've always been very small framed and at 5'5" and 105lbs.was never skinny just athletic looking. Ive never dieted and have little time for exercise now with the kids. I'm 110lbs now and thats ok, I just have some fat on my lower abs and outer thighs. How can I lose this little bit and firm back up? I eat about 1,800 calories a day and it is good food fruits, and veggies and some junk here and there. What is a good diet and exercise plan to try?
