Title: Nutrition Advice I am wondering if anyone can offer me a little advice. I am 21 years old (Male) and have been sitting at 17% bodyfat for almost a year. I weigh about 155 lbs. No matter what I seem to do (I work out 3-4 times a week lifting weights and running for about 10 minutes to warm up, plus play hockey for an hour twice a week). I am wondering if anyone can offer some advice on how they broke through a body fat limit. I would ideally like to get down to 12%.
