Title: Prom Hi, I was wondering if anyone had suggestions, like specifically on how I could lose some weight by prom. I'm not fat but this year i've gotten a little lazy and I have a little bit of a stomach and especially it went to the 'love handles'. I waill try anything, I never have before. How long does it take to come off? Is it easier to eat right or exercise? What kinds of food? What kinds of exercise? Please help. I would say to try to do some cardio work, like jogging or stationairy biking at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week. As far as your diet goes, that's more complicated, and depends on the person. But in general, try to cut your calorie intake just a little, cutting your intake of calories too much isn't healthy for you, and may actually cause your body to go into survivial mode, where it tries to store as much fat as it can (which is why crash diets don't work).
