Title: Butt Firming

Dear Don,
I'm 20years old, weigh 51kgs and are faily content with my body shape, however, I would really like to tone up majorly my bottom area and upper thighs at the back. What specifically do you suggest is the best way to do this?

    Hi Brooke,
    You can try leg curl and leg extention on a machine, in case machine is not available then you can use weight shoe. Leg press and squats also helps.

    Eat nothing with added sweeteners and double your water intake and itl go away. Avoid junk obviously too.
