Title: "after Baby Abs"

it's been almost a year since i had my baby but my abs aren't firming up as quickly as i had hoped they would...i workout atleast two times a week and teach a workout class 4days a wk. ... i been doing crunches which has helped my some by my lower abs are still "flabby" are there any other alternatives that might work my lower abs better... thanks ahead for any help you may provide
