Title: Carb / Starch Blockers I've recently begun a low carbohydrate diet. I've read on a couple of forums that some people take Carb / Starch blockers to help them lose weight. The people posting were all Americans - I live in the UK and can't find them for sale anywhere. Does anyone know where I can buy them? More to the point - is it worth buying them anyway? I have been pleased with some of the effects of Atkins Diet, but as a vegetarian I know I'll not be able to stick with it for much longer. However, I realised pretty quickly on this diet that I have problems with carbohydrate addiction and wonder if you have any advice for me?
