Title: Weight Loss I am 19 and stand 5'5'' tall. I weigh 70 kgs. ..have been trying to lose weight for years have started gymnasium workout with weights as well as floor exercises and have put on a kg. weight. Is it agood sign? Please clear ky doubt about how people can gain as well as lose weight with the use of weights? How is it possible that the same stuff helps someone to lose while some to gain weight? Also would like a workout routine and diet chart. Whatever you burn in exercise needs replaced and then you must eat to sustain your current muscle. From there, with rest between sessions you will build and burn. But women do not build as fast as men. Even though you can both get bigger, just like a guy who gains 20 pounds and looks good, a woman can look great if she gains 10. But all in muscle and dropping fat at the same time. The process is the same in all people. Only the level of result and duration involved may differ. Losing 10 pounds is no different than losing 100. Just takes longer.
