Title: Am I Losing Weight In A Healthy Way? Hi! I am a 14 year old female. Ever since I was about 10 or 11 years old, I have felt that I'm overweight. I am 5'2" and 145 lbs. But I also have big bones and an average amount of muscle. At 5'2" what do u think is a healthy weight for me? I play ice hockey an average of 3-4 times per week and every day I do a workout video that includes aerobics and sculpting. I also target a certain area of my body every day and work on that for a half hour. Is this about the right amount of exercise I should be getting? I am aiming to lose weight and get toned at the same time. I have been trying really hard to eat right and I'm doing ok but I really don't know what foods are good for me and which ones aren't. I know not to eat a lot of foods that say "low-fat". Another problem is that I barely ever eat meat and when I do it's usually red meat. I like chicken but I don't how to eat it and what to put on it. I like ketchup on most of my meat too. Is that bad? How often is it ok to eat junk food? I love ice cream and Kraft Dinner and chips and chocolate and candy and everything but I have no idea how often I can eat this stuff while trying to lose weight. Could u suggest a healthy meal plan for me? And how long should it take me to lose this weight and get toned?
