Title: Thighs, Bum And Legs hi, i am 167cm and 65kg. currently, i played squash and badminton each day, once a week. other days, i jog for about 30 mins. i will do sit up and squating for 10-15 times a day at home. i would like to trim down on my thighs, bum and legs as it is kinda big. i am not sure, whether i am doing the right exercise. what kinda exercise do you recommend? hence, i would like to lose some weights too. my current diet are, i dont take breakfast, i have plain salad and an apple for lunch and normal meal for dinner. i drink lots of water throughout the day. is my diet approriate? i have been doing these for about a month now and i dont see any changes and also my weight. would appreciated if you could advise. i would like to hear from you as i heard lots of comments from others about certain exercise will build up my thighs and bum. cheers Name: gar Date: Nov. 29th, 1999 Title: Re: Thighs, Bum And Legs Hi, You have not mentioned your age. I think the major mistake you are making is that you are skipping breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Try to have a heavy breakfast, moderate lunch and light dinner. Moreover, there is nothing called spot reduction. If you try to reduce fat, it will be reduced from all over the body, with the last fat in to go out first. Try doing aerobics + strength training and aerobics + yoga on alternate days and stop worrying about your weight. Make exercise and sensible eating a normal part of your life, to be carried on till the last day of your life. Name: Gautam Ganguli Date: Dec. 6th, 1999 Title: Re: Thighs, Bum And Legs thks gautam! yea, i have actually forgotten to include my age. i am 28 yrs old. i have changed my diet last two weeks ago. i am taking cereal in the morning around 730am, have tomato about 1030am, salad and an apple for lunch at 12pm, another tomato about 330-4pm and normal light dinner at 7pm. I will go jogging after 730pm every evening unless i play squash. lastly, i take a fruit before bed. sensible? thanks for the reply!
