Title: Food After reading countless issues of FITNESS and other literature over nutrician I am certain that I consume way too few calories in a day. I eat very healthy foods, but I still need to lose about eight pounds. I eat when I'm hungry and I'm not usually hungry enough to eat those extra calories. What can I do? Try doing aerobics which will rev up your metabolism and after few weeks try to get into some kind of strength training, yoga and stretching, if possible.
