Title: Still Nothing!!!!!!

I am 6 feet 3 inches tall and STILL 361 pounds with 33% bodyfat. I tried for a few months to follow don's advice on nutrition. And I feel healthier but jus do not look the part. Somebody give me some advice, ok. I do weight train as well. My doc says I am as healthy as a horse. I am just tired of being as big as one. At 24 I have too much of my life left to go and at this weight I fear it will be shortened.

    Title: Tips From Sweden!!!!

I don´t know what Don´s advice to you were, but I´ll give you a few tips. The key to a healthy weightloss is eat more, MORE!!!, yes more. Not in portions but more as in more meals per day. The first key is to eat 5-6 smaller meals each day in stead of 3 big ones. Start the day at 7 or 8 a clock by eating a steady low-fat breakfast with a lot of fibers as base. For example oatporage, with orangejuice and a piece of apple and a banana. For lunch at about 11 or 12 a clock you´ll eat Spaghetti with some low-fat sauce and a fruit. The key for lunch is Carbonhydrates!
Dinner´s at about 5 o clock. Eat a lot of proteins for dinner meat such as chicken, fish, ham, meat with low-fat. With this you eat potatoes or pasta. Between breakfast and lunch at about 10 o clock you´ll eat a banana, youghurt and some high fiber bread. The same´s for between lunch and dinner, a small lo-fat snack.
End the day by drinking some grapejuice and a fruit or some bread.
Also important is that you have one "eating day" each week when you allow yourself to eat pizzza or a burger or something like that. It´s important that you feel good.
By eating 6 smaller meals per day in stead of 2-3 larger you´ll keep your metabolism at a high level. Your body will burn fat more effective. If you eat 3 times a day your metabiloism rate will go up and down and you will not burn so much fat.
During this it´s VERY IMPORTANT that you always carry a bottle of water and drink A LOT OF water.
If you want to eat something fat then eat a fruit after ´cause it´ll absorbe some of the fat from the food.
It´s also very important that you excersice. Run at least 3 times a week for about 40 min. The best result comes if you start every day before lunch by taking a 40min walk.
    AND BELIVE IN YOUR SELF.
I´ve tried all of this myself and got lean and mean in 4 months.
