Title: Weight-loss Help

Hi, I am 14, I weigh 134 pounds and I really need to lose about 5-10 pounds in the next 2-3 weeks. I am really not happy with my body right now and my self-esteem could use a major boost that i think could be given by some weight loss. I have been trying to eat healthy and exercise but I don't seem to be losing weight. What can I do to lose these pounds quickly??

      Eat scrambled eggs and a 1/2 lb. of bacon each morning with a eggo and syrup. For Lunch have a large steak and cheese and while you are waiting for that sub have one of those slices of pizza displayed at the counter of your favorite subshop. For dinner have steak, pork chops, or chinese food. Lots of chicken fingers are good. Make sure you have ice cream before you go to bed. That coats your belly nicely. Make sure you booze during the weekends. Don't forget to stop off a Burger King once in a while too. Fries are good. Don't forget desserts are good too. Chocolate cake.
