Title: Xenadrine, Cytodyne
I am a college student trying to lose fat and gain mussle mass. It's very hard to go on a srict diet because of the limited amount of food we have to choose from. I was wandering what effects Xenadrine and Cytodyne have and if I should take them together.

I am currently taking Xenadrine RFA-1 and Twinlab's Diet Fuel (chitosan formula). I lost six (6) pounds in a week! Right now I'm stuck at 180 partly because I have slacked off. Good thing is that I haven't gained any back. My goal is 170 and I can do it if I don't slack off. The stuff works if you workout and eat right. I'm no expert but I've definitely lost weight!

My thoughts exactly, his response was "if you eat right and exercise" well if that were the case we wouldn't need to try things like xenadrine, cytodyne.......I have taken xenadrine for two weeks now, no effect...................
