Title: Muscle Tone Hi, I have been faithfully doing Tae Bo for 3.5 months now and I am having surgery (tubal reversal) Dec. 17, I was wondering how far the surgery will set me back and if I will lose all my muscle I have acquired - and what can I do while I am recooperating not to gain my inches or weight back.
