Title: I Think I,m Going To Die I know that sounds serious but its true,I have tried to lose weight but can,t. I am getting pains in my chest all the time and I always feel bloated even when I haven,t eaten much. Please help me. They could be related or unrelated. Post some things like height, weight, your typical diet. I am currious because I am a student dietitian. don't panic whatever you do. I'm also wondering was the deal is. Are you exercising regularly? or just once in a while. Are you eating healthy, or just once a day or do you eat alot of food that doesn't have that great of nutrional value. What I do is this: I eat a small breafast, a healthy snack in about 2-2 1/2 hrs.,a decent lunch, a small snack in about 2 1/2, I work out when I get home, and eat dinner and then a small snack later. I drink alot of water and eat alot of fresh natural foods. Exercise and nutrition go together It's a lot harder to do one without the other and see the results you want to see. The purpose of eating more TIMES in a day is so your body is constantly fueled but you also don't binge in one sitting because you've starved your body.
