Title: Weight Loss Hi, My name is Michele and I have been trying to figure out a way to lose the pounds that I gained which is to say about 45pounds. I just cant believe it my weight gain, which when I graduate from high school in 1990 I was 120 pounds. Now in 1999 I cant believe my weight gained. The most disgusting thing is that my weight went right to the hard parts of my boyd. Such as my hips and belly not to big but mostley to my hips. I have such a hard time with close because I have look out for my hips and therefore I have to wear a bigger size just to accommondate my hips. I feel depress because I never had a problem with my weight before until now. I know that my weight my gain didnt happen over night but I would love to lost the weight that I gained. I am not that active anymore and I feel tired all the time. But I try to push myself but I know what the problem with me is my extra weight. Can you recommend a program or diet that I can stick to with my busy schedule and I also belong to Lucille Roberts gym but dont go to it because of my schedule, I also have a stationary bike that is collecting dust! Is there any hope for me? Or should I expect the who I am? Right now I hate myself for allowing myself to get where I am now. I use to so active and happier too! Someone to push you and for you to push when they need it. Record your exercises and your eating habits. If anything, this guilts you into working your butt off. When you reach your goal, set another one. Don't set them too high to reach in a reasonalable amount of time or you wil get discouraged. Run,or speed walk, wieghted side bends,squats, drink lots of water, take vitamins(not excessively),situps,ride bikes,rollerblade. Find fun things to do that require alot of activity. Join a volleyball team, volunteer to help at the school for girls track practices. Don't find time,make time in your schedule because this is a priority for your physical health as well as your mental health. Life will go on without you wether your sitting in the house watching movies or out there learning new sports and having fun with your new life style. Make it go by with a kick. Also swimming is a very good exercise, the water resistance works more than you realize. Check up on the public or school pools in your area and find out there open swim nights. That's also more fun.
