Title: How Good For You Are Eggs? I'm 22 and have been training for a couple years. I'm on a high protein/low carb diet and my trainer told me that eating hard-boiled eggs for breakfast is good. However, how long can I keep eating eggs everyday? Won't it eventually take a toll on my liver? If so, could you offer an alternative protein for breakfast?
