Title: Target: Buns And Thighs

I work as a paralegal, sit all day, not to mention the fact that my fiance' is handicapped. The past year of this sedetary lifestyle has set my already "pear-shaped" physique out of contol! HELP! What exercises will target these areas and not take up a lot of time? Thank you in advance for your reply(ies).

    first watch your intake of calories, what are you eating, are the foods a good source of protein, or just junk food. Think about how much effort you put into "working out" you body each day. Take a brisk walk if you get a chance, do some sit ups while you watch tv, do some leg lifts under your desk. You'll never get in shape if you don't get the motivation and put EFFORT into your body and health. Eat right, and think smart......hey get a work out video that will get you pumped up!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
