Title: Try This

I purchased Suzanne Somers "Get Skinny on Fabulous Foods" book. It'a not a diet but a way of eating where you use the food combining method which is to not combine proteins and carbs in the same meal. (Marilou Henner also has a book on it). It's a wonderful program, not easy in the beginning, but it does get easier once you learn what not to mix.

It's extremely healthy and a natual way to loose. I've always used supplements to loose and this is the first time I'm doing it naturally. This time, I know it will stay off because I'm still eating things I enjoy (less sugar foods, cookies, cake, white flour & rice, etc.) and the program is a way of eating that will be continued throughout my life.

I've also started exercising again after a "bum knee" accident. With these two changes in my life, I can't go wrong.

Food combining is the perfect way to get healthy. I know quite a few people on the program all of which are on their way to a healthier life. Check it out in the nutrition section of your local bookstore. Good luck.

    Hi Deb,

It is good to lose weight naturally. It sounds similar to the Shape Up program that I was on recently. Lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks. Very easy to start and very easy to finish.

I didn't even feel like I was on a diet. It was that simple.

Anyway, if you know anyone who might benefit from this program because I believe it is simpler than Suzanne Sommer's program, tell them to visit www.mybsns.com/karemor/tsc. Let your friend explore both programs and see which one is best.

PS--write to me if you have questions or concerns.

Do not turn to people ON the diet, they hardly KNOW the diet. What they know is THEIR interpretation and THAT may be wrong even if they 'succeeded'. I ask you. Do you look good naked? Ready for a bikini? Then youre not truly successful. And if you say it isnt a concern. You know it is or you wouldnt lose even 5 pounds. Looking good in new clothes is easy. Looking good with tight skin is another.

        Hey Don,

I am not pushing anyone to do anything. To your questions: Yes, yes, yes, yes, and YES I look very good without clothes. By the way, I wore a two piece bikini the other day.

I bet you not many people can say that about any one diet.

Sorry Don, you haven't seen me on the diet and you don't know what I look like and what I have experienced. So, you are prejudging that this diet did not work when it has.

I never said this diet was a miracle, it is simply a way to help one lose weight and keep it off.

For heaven's sake, Don. What the hell kind of professional are you? You're not even a grown-up. People don't do these things so they can look good in a bikini or have tight skin. And those who do, shouldn't. We should do these things so that we look good to ourselves and feel good about ourselves. Your bickering with this Susan is showing your true colors. If you want to help people, you should have their best interests at heart. You shouldn't use other people's concerns to make yourself look good.
