Hi,
i am Hira.My height is 5-4 and i weigh 143lbs.I want to loose weight but i dont want it back as two years back it took me six months to loose but came back within 3 months.Remember i live in Pakistan where we cannot find any pills or diet programmes.
i would really appreciate if someone can give me a sensible plan.

You are able to purchase the weightloss program, Shape-Up from the internet at en.mybsns.com/karemor/tsc. The company just opened a facility in Ireland so shipping would probably be pretty convenient.

you and I are in the same field. Everyone here is serious about health. It doesn't mean that anyone has to agree with either your opinion or my opinion.
Your previous statement about telling people about results people don't want to hear is simply a childish act, especially when you have not tried the diet plan.
My advice to you if you aren't already--have an open mind.
I am not trashing anyone else's opinion as you have shown disrespect to me in your previous posting.
