Title:
VegetablesHi,
i don't eat a lot of vegetables, only potatoes, pumpkin, peas, beans and raw carrotts. Should I take additional vitamins to make up for the other vegetables that i do not eat, and what should i buy?
Thanks

Eat a pound of green veggies for every pound you weigh divided by 3 meals or more daily.

I have to eat 193 lbs. of vegetyables every day!
I'd rath.
Can anyone actually eat there own body weight in anything each day? I DON'T THINK SO! Vegetables are great and I do eat them, but supplementation is mandatory in my opinion.
