Every person has different supplement needs based on their diet, health, exercise program and lifestyle. I am in the process of building a website to help inform people about different supplements, their claims and whether or not they are effective. I think your site is a good idea because there is a lot of misinformation out there. I think this discussion board is really good because most people here are serious about their health. We should correspond via email.
