Title: Metabolife... Any Experiences I have been considering using this product. However, I am a little sceptical. I want to drop about 15 pounds and am am somewhat active. I am also looking into a light exercise program to go along with the metabolife. Does anyone have experience with this? All supplements regardless of manufacturer have their strong points. They contain necessary nutrients your body needs. Apparently Mr. Lemmon believes that food is more nutritious than it actually is. Yes, a healthy diet may give you much of what you need.
