Title: Weight Loss I am 5'1" and weigh between 150 - 160 lbs. I know that this is too much to but I don't want to go on a fad diet to lose the weight. I would like to learn how to eat sensibly so that I could lose the weight gradually and keep it off. Ideally I would like to lose 30 - 35 lbs. Is this realistic? I am glad that you are interested in losing weight healthily. Read on... I understand that diets are hard to go on. I was once 4'8" at 130 pounds. Boy, that was a horrible feeling. Now, I am 4'8" at 105 pounds. I feel a lot better about myself. If you are serious about losing weight, do it in a healthy way. (This is not a fad diet and has proven for many men and women how effective and safe it is) I was recently on a two week program that helped me go from 117 pounds to 108 pounds.
