Title: Tightening Buttocks!

What are good exercises for doing this? Something I can do at home would be great. Thanx :-)

    what works for me is: Stand with your legs about shoulder length apart, then lift off the ground so your standing on your toes and when you go up make your heels go inward,If you are doing it right you will feel you cheeks squeeze together as if your holding a penny between them and you dont want it to drop. Also you can get into a plei' position (bend your knees at shoulder length, then reach in front of you and then pull back, you will most likely get the same feeling. it works. best of luck and be safe!
