Title:
Trimming Stomach -- Building Pecs EtcHi -- I am a 6 foot male and am trying to transform the little flab that I have on my stomach and sides in to muscle. For the last 4-5 weeks I have given up all candy, chips etc and only eat three small meals a day. If I snack at all it's fruit. I have been running/rowing/cycling four times a week as well as doing situps/push ups. The problem is -- nothing seems to be changing! It seems that I can eat what I like and I don't gain any weight but it is proving equally hard to shift the last little bit of flab. Any training/nutrition advice would be most welcome.
Thanks in advance,

Title: Abs
Hello
My name is Cameron. I am a 6'2" male, and I am 15 years old.
I have unwanted weight on my stomach, that just won't go away. I regularly work out at a gym, and I can do 140-160 sit ups on a sit up bench. The trouble is, the flab won't go away. I eat a fair amount of fruit, and am cutting out on the sweet stuff.
How can I transfer the flab to muscle? Am I doing anything wrong? Or is it purely nutritional? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, as you probably know, there is no such thing as spot reduction. You can do a thousand situps a day and it won't burn off the flab. Also fat cannot turn into muscle. What you need to do is watch your fat intake, and do some high intensity weight training. The more lean muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn, even while you are at rest.
Best of luck
