Title: Weight Loss Hi! I'm 5'8" and have gotten my weight down to 150lbs. However, I want to go to 145 and am having trouble losing the last 5 pounds. I have been at my present weight for months a few months now even though I am eating low-fat, healthy foods and drinking lots of water each day. My exercise is walking a little over 3 miles a day (a combination of level areas and hills). Do you have any suggestions for me to get beyond this plateau? I'd really appreciate any suggestions.
