Weight LossHi! I'm 5'8" and have gotten my weight down to 150lbs. However, I want to go to 145 and am having trouble losing the last 5 pounds. I have been at my present weight for months a few months now even though I am eating low-fat, healthy foods and drinking lots of water each day. My exercise is walking a little over 3 miles a day (a combination of level areas and hills). Do you have any suggestions for me to get beyond this plateau? I'd really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!!!

Take your current diet and divide it into six meals. 3 have all the carbs and 3 having all the proteins. I bet you drop 5 in a week
