Title: RIPPED FUEL

Hey there Don!

I'm a 19 years old boy who just started to work out at a local gym for like 4 days a week. I'm starting my third week and I love it.

I've also been on a veggie diet for about a month now...

all of this to loose some of that belly.

Maybe I want to loose it all really fast but in 3 weeks, i've lost like 5-10 pounds ( I think ) and noticed no big change on my body...

One of my friend told me about a product called "Ripped Fuel" who burn fat

Have your ever heard of it?

I've searched around and everybody seems to give good grades to this baby.

Is it dangerous for the body? Well... will I still be able to have an erection and stuff? ;-)

What happens if I stop working out?

What happens if I stop to take the drug?

Is the weight loss will be back?

Does my past asthma problem could give me trouble with the product?

And so on...

Thanks in advance!Hroub

I heard it works great but there is one side effect. It really causes testicular atrophy.

I would suggest eating 4 protein based meals with alot of green veggies and then work in two starch based meals as well. Drink your water and work out harder too. Its simple but without further detail, I cant give you any either.

What ever happened to good old fashioned EXERCISE, and eating right? It's a shame that I'm reading these inquiries from 15-20 year olds who think hard work comes in a bottle. there is no easy way out-stay away from those "crutches" and work you ass off!
Stay away from cheese, cream sauces, butter, oil, fried foods, fast food. And give it time, you're still young. If you learn these good habits now, you'll be a star by the time you're my age, and hell, I'm just hitting my prime! (30) Good luck.
