Title: Fat Loss I want to lose the fat around my belly in 3 a 4 weaks. Is it possible to loose much fat in such a short period. I am training 3 a 4 times a week, so i have to eat pretty much to have the energy for it. Can anyone tell me the food that i can take during the next weeks en which exercises i can do the best to loose my bellyfat?? B Name: Paul Date: Jun. 28th, 1999 Title: Re: Fat Loss If I were you and were this desparate, I would eat eggs for breakfast with 1 yolk for 3 whites, mushrooms, peppers and onions mid morning I would have cottage cheese and ginger Lunch a steak and broccoli mid day a cup of coffee with a little cream and whey and for dinner chicken and spinach If I felt like I needed it I would have a clean starch whenever but not with any of these meals. I would also drink 2 gallons of water a day and only exercise 3 days a week and train my entire body each session. But thats me.
