Title: Veggie Diet I just started eating vegetarian and Im worried about missing out on things like protien... Im thin anyways so i dont think i have much room to loose any nutrients. There are several good soy-derived protein powders which are very high in protein and low in carbs, but there's nothing like a well-prepared tofu dish! Also, I did some research on creatine monohydrate and found that although it is found in animal-based foods, the supplements you buy in stores are not derived from animal sources -- they are synthesized from non-animal components.
