Title: Veggie Diet

I just started eating vegetarian and Im worried about missing out on things like protien... Im thin anyways so i dont think i have much room to loose any nutrients. Does anyone have any suggestions on things i should be eating to make sure im staying healthy?

Lots of soy-based foods, especially if you are going vegan (no eggs, dairy, etc.). There are several good soy-derived protein powders which are very high in protein and low in carbs, but there's nothing like a well-prepared tofu dish!
Also, I did some research on creatine monohydrate and found that although it is found in animal-based foods, the supplements you buy in stores are not derived from animal sources -- they are synthesized from non-animal components.

    Congratulations on your newly-found vegetarianism!
