Title: Calorie-counting??? I replied to someone earlier regarding the number of calories a person should eat everyday depending on their level of activity and their size. That got me wondering, exactly how many calories should I be taking in everyday in order to shed a little extra body fat, but basically maintain my current weight? I am 5'7'' tall and weigh between 123 - 128 pounds. I exercise everyday; weight-lifting, Tae Bo, (power) walking outdoors, sometimes I jog, I do floor exercises and squats and things in my bedroom and in front of the TV, I take the stairs instead of the elevator . . . I basically try to stay active most of the time. I feel, recently, that I have been eating too much, and I don't want this habit to continue (I've even started eating late at night, something I never used to do!). This is a long questions, and maybe a lot of unnecessary history, but I am very concerned now . . . How many calories should I limit myself to in order to not gain weight, but not lose a whole lot either? Please help!
