Title: Hips And Thighs- Inches / Fat To Lose I'm 38 and have two kids. I am a secretary and work from 8am to 5 pm in a newspaper company, in the Middle East. I reach home by 6pm. Thereafter I get involved with household chores. I have no housemaid to help me out. I find it difficult to stick to a fixed timetable and do workouts. Can you suggest the best two to three exercises which will help solve my problem areas? I don't eat rice or anything deep fried. Chocolates are my weakness. I've tried joining the gym, had supplementaries/fat burners, but was not of much help. P.S. : The best time is before retiring to bed. That's the time when I've nothing to do. Please help. Name: Poonam Serai Date: Jun. 16th, 1999 Title: Re: Hips And Thighs- Inches / Fat To Lose Cut out some of the household chores and make time for yourself or just put it to the side for about and hour or how ever long it takes you to workout (ie. powerwalk around the neighbor hood, aerobics, weight train)whatever you want. Do 100 squats as soon as you wake up and before bed every night even if you are in tears doing them .This will lead to doing more and other things. Drink 2 gallons of water daily and sleep regularly.
