Title: Protein...How Much Is Enough?

In order to make good muscular gains, how much protein should I be eating. I weigh 165 and have heard everything from .36 grams of protrin per lb of bodywight to 1 gram per lb...quite a span there!

    Depends on if your lifting weights, and you goals. Are you trying to bulk up? Lose weight? The norm if your lifting moderate weights is 1g per pound. I eat 110-125g per day and I'm 5'2, 111lbs trying to gain more muscle (not bulk up) and I'm building muscle with protein only no hulk here or steriod lady... ;))) Too many of them...hahaha
