Title: Fitness, Motivation How do you discipline yourself to excercise when you really feel that it is the last thing you want to do? I am involved in high scool sports like cross country running and track and skiing, but I feel like i'm not getting any physical result! It is frustrating,it seems the more I exercise, the more I want to eat, this I have heard means that you are healthier because your body is demanding the calories that have been lost, after my firstyear in cross country I gained weight, I think because of my appitite, could it be my age? Am I in my blooming stage? Also, I have really toned arms and stomach, but a big butt and untoned legs? Can you explain why? is it hereditary? Any suggestions? Sorry so long! Please right back!
