Title: Fitness, Motivation

How do you discipline yourself to excercise when you really feel that it is the last thing you want to do? I am involved in high scool sports like cross country running and track and skiing, but I feel like i'm not getting any physical result! It is frustrating,it seems the more I exercise, the more I want to eat, this I have heard means that you are healthier because your body is demanding the calories that have been lost, after my firstyear in cross country I gained weight, I think because of my appitite, could it be my age? Am I in my blooming stage? Also, I have really toned arms and stomach, but a big butt and untoned legs? Can you explain why? is it hereditary? Any suggestions? Sorry so long! Please right back!

Just do it. 30 minutes three times a week with weights and sounds like you arent eating correctly at all. http://www.donlemmon.com/report4.html

find something you enjoy so it's more like play, not work. most everyone has chores to do, working out should be enjoyable and make you fell good about yourself. fun!
