Do you believe in the vegetable diet? I mean will it help you burn more caleries to add more to oyur diet because they take more for the body to digest them?

    Add vegetables to any diet and they will benefit you but the only way to permanent fat loss is through eating alot of clean food regularly, not sporaticly.

      diet should be a dirty word in your vocabulary. lifestyle change is better. when you diet and lose the weight, you start eating again(maybe not as much, but definitly different after being deprived) and gain it back and more. when you just change your whole life and eat healthy, you stay thin. it does,t change your metabolism like fad "diets do" and besides that, too much emphasis is being placed on how much to weigh. i would rather be 5'7" and 148lbs with lean muscle mass (size 8 jeans) than 5'7" 120lbs no muscle mass at all (size 8 jeans). lean muscle looks better!
