Title: Breathing Before Body Flex invaded the infomercial scene, I went to a lady and I think now has a web site called aerobic breathing. I know how to do this correctly, and when I do it I do feel "sore" the next day or the day after from doing these isolated isometric "exercises". Is there any health problems related to this? This is not the end all solution - I realize from reading the other postings what I need to do to change my diet and my walking program and to include weights, etc. Date: Jun. 2nd, 1999 Title: Re: Breathing Deep Breathing is a necessity. The key is to practice it WHILE stretching or doing these 'isometrics'. It is PART of a wonderful system but still ONLY part. While an important part, it's not a cure all. Problem is, we as a whole are usually so out of shape any one piece of the puzzle makes us feel so good we believe thats all we need. And these 'gurus' depend upon that little bit of ignorance to guide them. I always said, educate and they shall come and come again. Capitalize and they may come, but off they go!
