Title:
Listen Up Girlfriends!!!This man is a charlatan! His "nutrition advice" is absurd quackery. Beware of people calling themselves "certified nutrition specialists" or "nutrition experts." No true dietician would recommend this "separate carbs and proteins" B***S***, or "never ever eat sugar or hydrogenated oils."
BEWARE, educate yourselves, and don't believe everything you read that comes from a self-described "expert." Especially if it sounds extremely weird or difficult like the "tips" described above.
For sensible, genuine nutrition and exercise advice, I read FITNESS magazine. I thought this was their website but it's obviously not. You'll find them at en.fitnessmagazine.com.

Hello "Girlfriends". This is Don Lemmon. The man who doesnt claim any of his 7 degrees worth of college as no title can be carried off with you in the afterlife and it's the information which is of use, not whether the title is pretty. I personally beware of anyone too childish to actually leave a return adress when trying to 'flame' someone. My system was tested on over 3000 case studies and includes more of the top physiques than any other. I do not know what this "Mad As Heck" has to substantiate themselves but I am assuming it's safe to use the British definition of 'mad'here. Anyone who wants a FREE evaluation of what you have been doing, please submit, try, then you decide. I believe this is the lady from Canada listed down below that asked for a free book from me and I said no.

Title: Re: Listen Up Girlfriends!!!
Why would I want to leave my email address so I can be placed in a quack's mailing list/address book?
I am not from Canada, and that is not my email address the extremely "mature" Mr. Lemmon chose to post. I never requested any book. He apparently holds a grudge against this woman since he unethically chose to post her email address in hopes that his "followers" might "flame" her. My condolences, "Canada."
I simply find it sad that all of these people, mostly young women like myself, are seeking advice, and believing the nonsensical drivel of a lunatic who can't even defend himself in a coherent fashion. I hope that my posting(s) can discourage some from blindly leaping into a diet "plan" which is unsafe, unsound, and not proven.
Many quacks choose to "demonstrate" their plans' successes by citing "testimonials" or pointing to "famous" clients who "swear by" their systems. COME ON! Are we really that stupid? Do we personally know these people? Do we personally know anyone who lost weight and kept it off for more than 6 months using this plan? Think about it, please, before believing these success stories even exist.
Certificates stating that one is a "nutrition expert" can be purchased through the mail for $50 apiece from reputable sounding "institutions" which are not accredited and require only a name to confer a degree. One registered dietician (ie., the real thing) sent away for a certificate for his cat, as a joke, and received one... the cat is now a "nutrition expert" with the "degree" to prove it!
Mr. Lemmon (in his garbled posting) mentioned "7 degrees." At $50 apiece, $350 is not much of an expense, if he's milking cash from unfortunate people on a daily basis!
As I said before, I accidentally happened upon this site and was disgusted enough to post a few words. I feel it is necessary to further state:
- Losing weight is not easy, but it does not require adherence to a random, obscure, and dangerous plan. Although many people these days are put off by "mainstream" nutritional advice, it holds true: Exercise at least 3 times a week, maintaining an aerobic level of exertion for 30 minutes (you're huffing and puffing); eat sensibly (1500-2500 calories a day, depending on your size; well-balanced meals, low fat); and train your muscles at least 3 times a week by lifting weights.
That's all it takes! It's simple, and it's free! No books to buy, no ridiculous "advice" from a pathetic quack to follow. (btw, what's up with his picture? Is he supposed to look like Christ?) If you truly feel you need help and guidance in order to lose weight, please visit a REGISTERED DIETICIAN, preferably one recommended by your DOCTOR. S/he should be able to guide you in eating sensibly and safely.
Again, I recommend Fitness Magazine. It helped me a lot, personally. Thanks for reading this, and good luck! = ® { ¦

This board isnt designed for such childish pranks.
"Why would I want to leave my email address so I can be placed in a quack\'s mailing
list/address book?"
Sure. Do you have any hobbies?
"I am not from Canada, and that is not my email address the extremely "mature" Mr.
Lemmon chose to post. I never requested any book."
And all it took was a childish provoke to get a response from you. I have traced your adress. Thank you for commenting again.
"He apparently holds a grudge against
this woman since he unethically chose to post her email address in hopes that his
"followers" might "flame" her. My condolences, "Canada.""
Ok, sure. You are obviously have no 'followers' and are 'looking' for some? Still trying to understand. You're rambling.
"I simply find it sad that all of these people, mostly young women like myself, are seeking

Young being the key word.
"Many quacks choose to "demonstrate" their plans\' successes by citing "testimonials" or

Sounds like you bought into the Atkin's diet or the Zone and know first hand.
"ertificates stating that one is a "nutrition expert" can be purchased through the mail for

Sounds fun. Can you send me an adress so I may obtain one?
"Mr. Lemmon (in his garbled posting) mentioned "7 degrees." At $50 apiece, $350 is not

Youre making things up. I have a $60 program that offers a manual, audio cassette and all the individual coaching you can ask for. There is an exercise prgram with video that features the 'endorsers' and that all offers free coaching with the system. So actually, it's cheaper and more in depth than that. And in case you still feel to argue. My site hasnt been up all week. Go ahead, look.
A"s I said before, I accidentally happened upon this site and was disgusted enough to post a
few words. I feel it is necessary to further state:"
Sure, you are still looking for weight loss info, came here, couldnt get the free product and began whining.
"- Losing weight is not easy, but it does not require adherence to a random, obscure, and
dangerous plan. "
Harsh words to drum up an emotional response. Actually the diet is fda approved, and went under an 18 month study with 1000 case studies including the diseased. You want everyone to know how abused you are? I cant understand this dire need for attention but I suppose my responding makes you feel important.
"Although many people these days are put off by "mainstream" nutritional
advice, it holds true: Exercise at least 3 times a week, maintaining an aerobic level of
exertion for 30 minutes (you\'re huffing and puffing);"
And you will burn muscle tissue which in turn drops water from where it shouldnt and causes an internal metabolic defense mechanism which actually stores fat. This is why all of you are saying you do aerobics but are stangant or are beginning to look cottage cheesy.
" eat sensibly (1500-2500 calories a
day, depending on your size; well-balanced meals, low fat);"
She obviously hasnt read the posts.
" and train your muscles at least
3 times a week by lifting weights."
Nope, she hasnt.
"That\'s all it takes! It\'s simple, and it\'s free!"
Just like this board is and all the links to free stuff I have given to those who deserved it from this board.
"No books to buy, no ridiculous "advice" from
a pathetic quack to follow. (btw, what\'s up with his picture? Is he supposed to look like
Christ?)"
I look like me. You really shouldnt bring the Lord into your childish rants. I cannot help it if you have personality or apeearance issues. Maybe if you would take it up with the Lord instead of making your problems public, you wouldnt remain so frustrated with life.
"If you truly feel you need help and guidance in order to lose weight, please visit a
REGISTERED DIETICIAN, preferably one recommended by your DOCTOR. S/he
should be able to guide you in eating sensibly and safely."
I believe my site, my book have both said that. You need to do something here and do it before you dig your hole any deeper. Get a grip. You have no point and nothing to substantiate your attacks. The emails I am recieving about you are all saying how embarrassed you should be and that they think you are making this based upon a personal issue. Either way, it doesnt matter to me. You can only help those who want help. You dont want help. You want attention. The floor is yours. Have fun.
Again, I recommend Fitness Magazine. It helped me a lot, personally. Thanks for reading
this, and good luck! ÷ × ›ø
