Title: Weight Loss I had a baby about 11 months ago and can't seem to lose those last 15 lbs. Most of the weight is in my hips. I have tried and gotten bored with every program out there. Do for a week or two and don't see many results and can't seem to get rid of the sugar cravings. I recently read Atkins, The Zone and Sugar Busters. All seem to be very extreme with protein, no carbs and eating a big breakfast. I am not a real big breakfast eater. Usually just drink 1 cup of coffee. Do you agree with any of those books and is there a program you would recommend to lose these 15 lbs (especially to decrease the hip area). Also any vitamin's or supplements you recomend to help cut sugar cravings. I drink alot of water and started recently walking. Thanks! Specifically, what foods do you crave or give in to? " I recently read Atkins, The Zone and Sugar Busters. All seem to be very extreme with protein, no carbs" Well, like with my plan, protein digests best without the presence of carbs. But that doesnt mean carbs are bad. They simply need eaten at different meals. "and eating a big breakfast. I am not a real big breakfast eater. Usually just drink 1 cup of coffee." AND you cant lose your weight. If what you are doing now is NOT working, it DOESNT work. Eat breakfast even if it is a bite today, two tomorrow and three the next until its a full meal. Coffee, hold off an extra 15 to 30 minutes each day to have any until your only cup is around 3 pm instead. Your adrenals are weak in the morning and youre draining them. "Do you agree with any of those books and is there a program you would recommend to lose these 15 lbs (especially to decrease the hip area)." I of course will say mine and that I offer free coaching and q & a with the purchase but technically, not eating hydrogenated oils which are chemically altered good fats into bad like crisco and creamy peanut butter and removing all added and white sugars is a great start. Then eat breakfast and carbohydrates at different meals than proteins. Drink alot of water and take up weight training. "Also any vitamin\'s or supplements you recomend to help cut sugar cravings." TJ Clark's Colloidal minerals are the BEST. Everyone else is lower potency and filled with sugars and water. You need essential fats and use capsule vitamins not caplets. "I drink alot of water and started recently walking. Thanks!" Drink one ounce per pound you weigh MINIMUM and maybe 1 1/2 ounce per pound. Walking is good if it's practically jogging and jogging is good if it's practically running but weights and cyclying are options "I" would look into. Youre very welcome anytime. Not to be hard on you but if you are going to eat candy, what do you think you will accomplish?
