Title: NUTRITION Im 20 years old almost never work out and weigh 108. My metabolism is very fast and i eat like a horse (all sort of food) I would like to start working out in a strict nutritional diet that lets me stay away from things that will cause cellulite. I dont have any yet but my friend has complete cottage cheese in her thighs. Please hepl. I will most gratefull. I think that as long as you don't eat too much of any one food at any one time - that as long as you maintain variety in your diet - but eat low-fat most of the time, that you are eating healthily. I can understand wanting to limit your intake of refined sugars (most foods that contain a lot of refined sugar are heavily processed anyway), but isn't it a little drastic to say eliminate them from the diet forever?
