Title: No Clue? With swimsuit season approaching, This is the first year I have no desire to get into a bathing suit. I a good weight, but I have that bubble stomach thing going right under my waist. Start exercising with weights three times a week. By time you know what youre doing, you will have won. Ride a bike 3 times a week. Drink only water. Eat no junk. Mr. Lemmon, no offense, but this girl weighs about 125 lbs., which is probably about right for her, unless she's 4'5'' tall!! You are telling her to do exercises which sound very reasonable, but you are also telling her to eat only 1200 calories a day (that is, 6 meals with 200 calories a piece). That is not enough. The body burns around 1,000 calories daily just maintaining life - any activity that you do during the day, even if it's nothing more than getting up from the computer to use the bathroom every two hours, is going to be more calories burned. A healthy diet for an active person is anywhere from 2,000 - 2,500 depending on the size of the person and their level of activity. This girl does not sound like she needs to lose a tremendous amount of weight; telling her to only consume 1,200 calories a day seems a tad drastic and unnecessary to me.
