Target Areas And NutritionI just found this site today and needed some advice. I have been taking a supplement for fat burning which is working fine.. However I just started working out at the gym about 3 weeks ago (again) and I dont' feel I eat enough in one day to burn fat. Need some help in this area.....I eat mostly carbs, some fruit, some dairy, but need to know what kind of proteins to eat and what to eat with what and when????Can you help me out??? Pamela

Breakfast, eggs, chese, veggie omelette
snack, oatmeal and fruit
lunch, steak and steamed veggies
midday, pasta, veggies
dinner, fish and salad
midevening, dont think about it until you are lean
