Muscle Gain My friend and I are both 5'2". I have a 30" waist, 38" hips and weigh 130 pounds (charts say 28% fat). My friend has a 23" waist, 33" hips and weighs 120 pounds (charts say 19% fat). I would like to change my appearance to be more like hers. I do the math and I have 93.5# muscle, 36.5# fat. My friend 101# muscle and 19# fat. Eating as you describe in other posts and lifting weights as you describe on your web site, how long is a reasonable amount of time to gain 7.5 pounds of muscle and lose 17.5 pounds of fat? I just want to be able to guage my progress.
