HELP- Need To Loose Weight And KEEP It OffI am 26 years old and can't seem to get this weight off. I am 5'1" and weight about 132. I got married a year ago and weighed 120 at that time. I've tried eating less, eating more veggies, cut down on sweets, aerobics and jogging. I want to loose me THIEGHS SOOOO BAD!!! What am I doing wrong or not doing?? I know spot reducing can't happen but now I'm getting desperate. Can you please help me at all?? Thanks

Alas, it is time for you to eat more often but limit to 200 calories a feeding. Drink 24 oz water between meals,. Lift weights 30 minutes thrice weekly and run like the wind for 20 minutes two times a week. Eat your meats and proteins with greens and your starches separate also with greens. Drink liquid minerals like an elixor and chew your vitamins. In time, the fat stores will grow weak and you muscles will become strong. BOOM New You.
