Target AreaHey Don Lemmon. Bathingsuit season is coming and this winter I put on a little weight. I excercise regularily and eat well but I need a little help targeting my thighs, especially the part that makes them touch at the top, any suggestions on excercises?

Well, squats keeping your feet flat and doing 100 slow and continuous reps every morning is a start. But you must learn to separate your foods if you want the body to more easily burn fat. Add a little fat to your diet but eat it only with meats and proteins. Also, keep your proteins eaten separate from carbohydrates. Do drink a ton of water daily too. I mean DROWN yourself.

HI I only just found this board today and it's great. Don , I'm not overly fat , but I do build fat up round the ass and gut ,what can I do to target these areas ? Any help would be greatly apreciated . Thanks.

Well, I ask you. Do you know what you are already doing wrong? THEN STOP THAT FIRST. Next, start eating your foods separated into appropriate meal patterns. The funny thing is that 99% of all questions have the same answer. 6 meals, plenty of water, exercise regularly and eat natural food not chemicals and sugars. Sleep well and relax and it's gone POOF. If I knew your weight and waist measure I could at least tell you how many calories to start with. It's improtant you do the opposite of what youre already doing, cause that doesnt work.
