Title: Can't Take Off 10 Pounds!! I was wondering if someone would be able to help me. I am normally 120 lbs, but over the last couple months I have gone to 130, which is really depressing seeing how summer is here. I would like to know some ways I could lose the wieght, considering I'm very busy. I'm 5'4, and I'm 15. Please send me a chart or something on how much calorie intake I should be having and what exercising things I need to be doing. Please respond. thanks. Eat all 3 main meals and snack between them to keep the metabolic furnace stoked and always burning fat. Keeping foods separated and water plentiful is another key. You know if you are eating junk. You know if you are thirsty. You know if you skip eating it's wrong. Try thinking about what you do and when in doubt, dont do it. Exercise instead.
